Alice Hill gives us a taste of her vegetable gardening techniques, as she produces many of the makings for meals served at her Aberdeen Steakhouse, located in the historic Shirley Opera House in Atwood, Kansas. A strong belief in the benefits of 'growing your own', both for personal health and the economy of the local area, has led Alice to an organic approach in her gardening efforts.
