Putting Lawns to Bed(s)
West Amarillo, TX

Bob Hatton tells us about making an established landscape in West Amarillo his own. What once was expansive lawn has shrunk in size to make room for zeric perennial beds, low maintenance roses, a variety of ornamental shade trees, a gazebo area, and even a small statue of St Fiacre, the patron saint of gardeners. In addition to keeping his own garden in order, Bob serves as President of the Amarillo Botanical Gardens.
