High Plains Public Radio broadcasts regional news and public affairs reports on Tuesdays during Morning Edition at 7:35 a.m. and again during All Things Considered at 6:44 p.m. Topics include water use and regulation, agriculture and agribusiness, immigration, energy and other issues affecting the High Plains of the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles, Southeast Colorado and Western Kansas. Regional Reporter and All Things Considered host Mark Haslett produces HPPR's news reports.
