- From Hays, KS: "I appreciate the diversity of programming found on HPPR."

HPPR needs support from individuals like you in order to continue to thrive.
HPPR must pay for the programming we receive from NPR, PRI, and independent
producers. Additionally, HPPR produces programming for local and national
audiences. All of this requires financial support. HPPR simply would not exist
without member support.
If membership support went away, so would HPPR. And there are so many folks that
depend on and deeply appreciate the service that HPPR provides day after day. We
know this because our listeners tell us so.

Underwriting on HPPR!
Underwriters are businesses and individuals who strongly support a certain
aspect of our operation— usually a specific program— and to show it, they provide
funds for that program. We enjoy thanking our underwriters on the air, and encourage
you to thank them too. If one of your favorite programs is supported by a local
merchant, tell him or her how much you appreciate it. For more information and

current underwriters, click here.
