Cochran Figures in High Court Speech Case

The Supreme Court hears arguments over a ruling that bans a former client of lawyer Johnnie Cochran from speaking about Cochran. The earlier ruling barred Tory from ever speaking about Cochran in public because Tory conducted a campaign of defamation against the lawyer. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
