KJJP-FM 105.7 FM serving Amarillo/Canyon and the central Texas Panhandle will be off the air on Monday from about 7am until 3pm. This shutdown is required while repairs are made to guy wires on the Channel 10 tower used by KJJP. During this outage you can continue listening to HPPR via its digital streams (see the player above) or through the HPPR mobile app.

Songwriters in the Round show this Friday night

HPPR's Songwriters in the Round series continues this Friday night January 16!  This show will be at the Fibonacci, located at 3306 SW 6th Ave.  The doors will open at 7:00, and the show will start at 7:30.  We will have the usual great coffee from the good folks at Evocation Coffee Roasters and fresh cookies from Kristy Fuller.  To make a reservation, give us a call at 806-367-9088 or send an email to music@hppr.org. Don't miss it!

Mike Fuller remains our station's favorite prodigal son. Former Music Director of High Plains Public Radio, and host of High Plains Morning (2010-2015), he has returned to HPPR with a new show called What The Folk?—a signature mix of folk, roots, Americana, and more—woven together by a unifying theme. Tune in every Saturday night at 7pm CT for a two-hour mix that could only come from the man himself.
