Forever Blue: Amarillo College Hosts FM90's Blues Festival 2019 This Sunday

Listen up, those of you in the Texas Panhandle! If you're a fan of HPPR's Friday Night Blues, try some LIVE BLUES this Sunday evening in Amarillo. Thanks to Chip Chandler for stopping by High Plains Morning today to remind us that this weekend, Amarillo College's FM90 presents their first-ever Blues Festival 2019. You can come jam out with national and local blues acts at a brand-new blues festival at Starlight Ranch Event Center, near the Big Texan (1415 Sunrise Dr., Amarillo).

Headliners are The Lucky Losers, a California duo that has toured the country and topped the charts. Also featured are Rockin' Robert Tomberlin, an Amarillo native now performing in Dallas; the Texas Blues Rangers, a popular Amarillo blues band; and solo artists Stew Moss and Jake Vernon.

Plus, Daniel Tiger will join in the fun at the family- and pet-friendly festival, so bring out your kids (furry and not)! Kids 12 and younger get in free! Plus, they'll have food trucks! Click herefor tickets.
