HPPR To Air Ted Cruz, Beto O'Rourke Debate Sunday

U.S. Rep. Beto O’Rourke, D‐El Paso and U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R‐Houston, will square off in another debate on Sunday.

HPPR Connect, High Plains Public Radio's news and information service, will broadcast Sunday's hour-long debate between U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R‐Houston, and U.S. Rep. Beto O’Rourke, D‐El Paso.

It starts at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 30.

The live debate can be heard at 94.9-FM in the Amarillo area and everywhere else streaming at www.hppr.org.

O’Rourke has been closing the gap over the last several months, but this is the first poll that puts him ahead of Cruz.
