KJJP-FM 105.7 is currently operating at very reduced power and signal range using a back-up transmitter. This is because of complicated problems with its very old primary transmitter. Local engineers are currently working on that transmitter and consulting with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problems. We apologize for this disruption and service as we work as quickly as possible to restore KJPFM to full power. In the mean time you can always stream either the HPPR mix service or HPPR connect service using the player above or the HPPR app.

HPPR Connect 94.9 In Amarillo Back On The Air

Update: HPPR Connect, 94.9-Amarillo is back on the air. Thank you loyal listeners once again for your patience!

HPPR Connect, 94.9-FM in Amarillo is off the air due to an ongoing issue caused by a power outage earlier this month.

HPPR Connect went off the air earlier this month due to a complicated series of hardware and software issues, following a commercial power outage that caused a software error to occur.

After engineers worked with Gates Air, the manufacturer of the equipment that malfunctioned as a result of the power outage, 94.9 Connect came back on the air on July 9.

But HPPR Connect is once again off the air due to a recurrence of that earlier issue.

We are hopeful that the signal will be restored as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can stream 94.9 Connect at hppr.org.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
