KJJP-FM 105.7 is currently operating at very reduced power and signal range using a back-up transmitter. This is because of complicated problems with its very old primary transmitter. Local engineers are currently working on that transmitter and consulting with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problems. We apologize for this disruption and service as we work as quickly as possible to restore KJPFM to full power. In the mean time you can always stream either the HPPR mix service or HPPR connect service using the player above or the HPPR app.

State of the Union tonight 8pm

Tune to HPPR to hear NPR's coverage of President Obama's State of the Union address tonight. Coverage begins at 8pm CT.

The special will include the President's full address followed by the Republican response, and analysis from NPR’s Washington reporting team.Join NPR's Michele Norris, Senior Washington Editor Ron Elving, and National Political Correspondent Mara Liasson. Hear post-speech point-by-point analysis of the President's address with NPR correspondents, including John Ydstie on the economy, Scott Horsley on the federal budget, Julie Rovner on health care, Claudio Sanchez on education, Elizabeth Shogren on energy, Tom Gjelten on national security and David Welna on domestic issues. Congressional Correspondent Andrea Seabrook and Reporter Audie Cornish will also provide on-the-scene reports from Statuary Hall.
