A Tisket, A Tasket: Holiday Baskets & Open House for Catholic Charities of the TX Panhandle

Nov 25, 2019

Thanks so much to Joyce Knight of Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle for stopping by High Plains Morning today to share about two wonderful programs they have coming up. First, she told us about their Holiday Gift Basket initiative, providing a special meal package for the many poverty-stricken senior citizens and disabled adults who aren't able to have a traditional holiday dinner this year. Your generosity can provide a holiday basket which includes turkey or ham, stuffing, potatoes, gravy, yams, vegetables, bread and dessert. Enough food for at least ten meals! Click here for more info.  Also, their Christmas Open House is coming up on 12/5, and everyone's invited. Enjoy the holiday spirit with food and beverage and see what CCTXP is all about!
