TUNED IN: Wine And Public Radio Pair Nicely

This Fridayin Garden City, Kan., High Plains Public Radio is launching its Wine Club. It's a great way to pick up some awesome bottles of wineand support public radio on the High Plains.

Joining us will be HPPR's Valerie Brown-Kuchera who is celebrating her ONE-YEAR anniversary on the air & Honorable Mention from the Kansas Association of Broadcasters for her regional feature, Little Spouse on the Prairie! Visit her FRIDAY in Garden City, Kan.
One more bonus: Valarie Smith, HPPR's talented staffer, will be performing live music, as will Ron Rohlf, who produces audio for Little Spouse On The Prairie.

HPPR Broadcasts Kansas Gubernatorial Debate 

High Plains Public Radio carried Thursday night's debate among the five candidates for governor of Kansas. The event was sponsored by the Chambers of Commerce in Southwest Kansas.
