The event will be held at the Barnes & Noble (2415 Soncy Road, Amarillo) on Saturday, October 27th from 9:45a to 8p CT. Student musicians of all ages and levels, young beginners to advancing young adults, will be ready to entertain, inspire, and enrich our listeners. So come out and support student pianists, vocalists, and instrumentalists as they show off their musical skills for friends, family, and Barnes & Noble patrons. All are welcome!
Tarpley Music and Yamaha Corporation are providing the high-quality Clavinova digital pianos for this event. Lori Frashier, regional Clavinova representative, will be on hand to assist students who wish to highlight their performance by utilizing the many instrumental sounds and sound effects available to them on the Clavinova. Also, Barnes & Noble generously donates a portion of the proceeds from purchases made in the bookstore the day of the Festival/Book Fair. Be sure to mention AMTA to the cashier. Your support helps the Amarillo Music Teachers Association continue its mission of providing quality musical education and performing opportunities for our area music students.
Amy wants to thank the Amarillo Music Teachers Association, Tarpley Music Company, and Yamaha Corporation of America.
