KCSE-FM 91.7 in Lamar is off the air due to the failure of its satellite receiver that brings in HPPR's programming. A replacement receiver is being prepared and KCSE will be back on the air as soon as it is installed. For more information contact cspringer@hppr.org, HPPR's chief engineer.
