The Rules are Ready for Hemp Farming in Colorado

Colorado is getting ready for the legal sale of recreational marijuana the first of the year, and also preparing for the second part of Amendment 64— the legal growth and production of hemp. 

The state has finalized the rules farmers need to play by if they’re going to grow marijuana’s sober and quiet sister—hemp.  Colorado Matter’s Ryan Warner talked with Michael Bowman, a farmer from Wray, Colorado, who is at the forefront of industrial hemp production about the new regulations.
