Texas Panhandle towns experience their best first quarter in real-estate since before the recession in 2008.

Separate analyses of theAmarillo Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service data shows that single-family home sales are up 12.5 percent to 14.7 percent, when compared with results from the first quarter of 2014.
