KJJP-FM 105.7 is currently operating at 15% of power, limiting its signal strength and range in the Amarillo-Canyon area. This due to complicated problems with its very old transmitter. Local engineers are continuing to work on the transmitter and are consulting with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problems. When we go through the experience of deep loss after the death of a loved one, it might feel like our brains are being ripped apart. In a way, that is what is happening.

There is a growing body of scientific evidence that shows grief has a physical impact on the brain.What does the latest research tell us about the effects of grief? How do the mind, brain, and body respond and heal following traumatic loss? What are some strategies for regaining your emotional balance?
