Powell Cautions Against Haste in Iraq Self-Rule

Meanwhile, another U.S. soldier is killed and three wounded outside the Iraqi city of Fallujah, where eight Iraqi policemen were killed by U.S. forces on Friday. NPR's Emily Harris reports.
