KJJP-FM 105.7 is currently operating at 15% of power, limiting its signal strength and range in the Amarillo-Canyon area. This due to complicated problems with its very old transmitter. Local engineers are continuing to work on the transmitter and are consulting with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problems. We apologize for this disruption and service as we work as quickly as possible to restore KJPFM to full power. In the mean time you can always stream either the HPPR Mix service or HPPR Connect service using the player above or the HPPR app.

HPPR Live at Kansas Sampler Festival (5/4)

HPPR broadcasts live from Light Park in Liberal, KS as a part of the Kansas Sampler Festival on May 4th.

The broadcast kicks off at 10 a.m. with Marshal Allen Bailey and Cowgirl Janey hosting Western Swing and Other Things and trades off with Debra Bolton and Lynn Boitano co-hosting Silver Rails from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. HPPR will be located just north of the pool near the music stage.

The festival takes place Saturday (5/4)  10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sunday (5/5) 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Well over 100 Kansas communities will be represented at the festival and each will bring a taste of their community to festival visitors.

The festival will include dozens of Kansas entrepreneurs selling Kansas-made goods, local cultural demonstrations, a whole host of performances from Kansas entertainers, festival games and food booths that reflect Kansas through their menus.
