KJJP-FM 105.7 is currently operating at 15% of power, limiting its signal strength and range in the Amarillo-Canyon area. This due to complicated problems with its very old transmitter. Local engineers are continuing to work on the transmitter and are consulting with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problems. We apologize for this disruption and service as we work as quickly as possible to restore KJPFM to full power. In the mean time you can always stream either the HPPR Mix service or HPPR Connect service using the player above or the HPPR app.

Thanks HPPR Members!

Thank you to all of our loyal member-listeners who called, webbed and mailed in their gifts of support. With your help, we were able to raise nearly $45,000 for High Plains Public Radio.

Your vested interest in HPPR ensures that quality news programs like  Morning Edition and All Things Considered will continue to have a place on the High Plains. And, that programs like High Plains Morning,

Western Swing & Other Things, Silver Rails and Open Range will always be there to enrich our region with a  diverse offering of music.

As an HPPR Member, you can take pride knowing each time you tune-in, that you've done your part to make public radio on the High Plains possible. And, with your continued support, we know that public radio on the High Plains will have an even stronger future ahead.
