In Illinois, A Struggle To Find Care For Children With Disabilities

A recent study backs up what many parents of children with disabilities already know: It’s tough to find quality child care for kids with special needs.

The Illinois Newsroom’s Lee Gaines (@LeeVGaines) visited two families to hear about their struggles to find child care.
