Virgil Penner is an acrylic artist from Newton, KS known for his detailed ink renderings of buildings. Since retiring, he has turned to acrylics with which he produces bright, colorful and whimsical landscapes. The public is invited to an opening reception for Penner and his exhibit at the Prairie Museum of Art and History. Refreshments will be served
