Amarillo Performing Arts Center (APAC) is proud to present its reimagined holiday production, The Nutcracker: Amarillo Dreamin’, December 6–7 at the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts.

This original adaptation blends the timeless magic of The Nutcracker with the heart and hometown charm of Amarillo. From local landmarks to community spirit, audiences will experience a West Texas twist on the classic tale that celebrates both tradition and creativity. Featuring over 50 local dancers and performers ages 4+, the production showcases a variety of dance styles; including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, cheer, and tumbling. Audiences will enjoy upbeat choreography, vibrant costumes, and stage design that brings each scene to vibrant life.
