High Plains Public Radio Receives Grant From Community Foundation Of Southwest Kansas

On Thursday, Nov. 21, High Plains Public Radio was presented with a very generous check from the Community Foundation of Southwest Kansas.

The grant was for engineering expenses for KONQ in Dodge City, Kansas.

According to its website, the Community Foundation of Southwest Kansas gives citizens in southwest Kansas the opportunity to make a lasting gift to communities of their choosing. The foundation pools the assets and represents the ideas and interest of people who want to increase the impact of their philanthropy.
