Roberts, Moran, Marshall To Visit Garden City Over The Next Few Days

Both of Kansas’s U.S. Senators, Pat Roberts and Jerry Moran, and U.S. Congressman Roger Marshall will visit Garden City within the next week.

Roberts will attend the Garden City Area Chamber of Commerce at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, where he will provide updates on federal legislative issues, like the farm bill and trade. The meeting is open to chamber members only.

On Friday, Moran will visit the Garden City Amtrak at 9 a.m. to meet with Garden City Officials and discuss his recent work supporting the Southwest Chief train line.

Tomorrow, Congressman Marshall is beginning his “community coffee tour” to meet with constituents. It kicks off in Meade, then he’ll be in Herington on Friday, Ashland on Monday, and in Cimarron and Garden City on Tuesday.
