Typhoon's Death Toll Likely Near 2,500, President Aquino Says

The Philippine city of Tacloban has suffered the worst from the massive storm. Survivors are in great need of food, water, shelter and medical services among other things.

A bystander was killed and at least 20 people were injured during a march in Phnom Penh. Workers have been protesting for months, demanding better pay and working conditions. The clashes in Cambodia come amid increased scrutiny of garment factories in Asia.
