Obama Forms Presidential Commission To Study Voting Problems

Former 'LA Times' Editor John S. Carroll Dies At 73
John Carroll led the Los Angeles Times as editor for five years. In that time, the paper won a record 13 Pulitzer Prizes. The paper reports he died Sunday of a degenerative brain disease.
