Our conference will feature a distinguished guest, Lori La Bey, the visionary behind Alzheimer's Speaks and a prominent figure in the field of dementia care. In 2009, Lori founded Alzheimer's Speaks, followed by the launch of Alzheimer's Speaks Radio in 2011. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she co-founded the Dementia Map global resource directory. In 2023, Lori initiated Conscious Caregiving with L & L in honor of her mother, who courageously battled dementia for three decades. Her lifelong mission has been to transform dementia care from a state of crisis to one of comfort on a global scale. Lori's efforts have garnered recognition from prominent figures like Oprah, who hailed her as a Health Hero, Maria Shriver, who celebrated her as an Architect of Change for Humanity, and Sharecare, which ranked her as the top influencer online for Alzheimer's disease.
