Amarillo Farm and Ranch Show Beef Cattle Presentation & Roundtable Discussions

Beef producers are encouraged to make plans now to attend the Beef Cattle Presentation & Roundtable Discussions at the 2025 Amarillo Farm and Ranch Show on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the Amarillo Civic Center in Amarillo, Texas.

This event is designed to provide valuable insight, practical tools, and fresh perspective for today’s beef producers. The program will feature keynote speaker Dr. Temple Grandin, whose lifetime of work in animal behavior and livestock handling has transformed the beef industry. In addition, a panel of respected industry leaders will lead a series of roundtable discussions addressing current issues, opportunities, and innovations shaping the future of cattle production.

Registration is $100, which includes a reception honoring Dr. Temple Grandin and a Choice Ribeye Dinner, followed by Dr. Grandin’s keynote presentation. Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit directly with speakers, industry partners, and fellow producers during the event.
