The Texas Panhandle War Memorial at I-27 and Georgia in Amarillo has opened its new multi-media education center that surrounds visitors with images and sound from 11 wars that span from the Revolutionary War to Afghanistan. Visitors will also see hundreds of artifacts donated by veterans from the region, as well as the area's only Military Chapel.
