KZNA-FM 90.5 serving northwest Kansas is operating at just 10% power using a back up transmitter while work continues to install a new transmitter. It is hoped that this work will completed on Thursday with KZNA back to its full 100,000 watts of power with a state of the art transmitter to serve the area for many years to come.

In June of 1933, things were getting desperate for Bonnie and Clyde. They can't operate as they have in the past, as they're wanted; additionally, because of this, money was limited, and the glamorous lifestyle they'd lived on the road was no longer possible.

Dr. Gary Girod is a historian who received his Ph.D. in modern British & French history from the University of Houston in 2021.
Dr. Rebekah Wagenbach is the Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Education, and Assistant Professor of History and Political Science at Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
