First Responders Jammin' Wedge: BardoBill y Los Muchachas LIVE at Fire Slice Pizzeria TONIGHT

It was great to start High Plains Morning on 9/11 with a couple of first responders. Firefighters Dexter Cearley (of the Panhandle Primate podcast) and Brandon McCullough stopped by to play us a few tunes, along with a very well-behaved three-year-old. (Emmett, you entertained yourself like a real trooper.) These two, along with bandmate Chris Riley, make up the Amarillo folk rock outfit BardoBill y Los Muchachas -- and they're playing Fire Slice Pizzaria(7306 SW 34th Ave., Amarillo) tonight at 7pm.

Hear the full interview, as well as their live, in-studio performance on the link below.
