"Needles & Hooks" — Fiber Arts Club. Open to all who use a needle or hook to create! We invite embroiders, needle felters, quilters, crocheters, knitters, needlepoint artists, etc. Starting February 2026, this club will meet on the first Thursday of each month from 6–8PM at the Prairie Museum Library.

We would love to see you at our outside, live music event featuring Bluegrass music the first weekend of June. Located in Colby, Kansas right off of Interstate 70, this is a family event that you won't want to miss. Not only a full lineup of great music, but also food trucks, events for kids, games, and more.

Join us in an informal poetry circle to read, share, or just listen to some local poets.

The quilters have handcrafted a beautiful patriotic quilt to celebrate the Semiquincentennial of the United States. Raffle tickets are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20. Tickets may be purchased from Randall County 4-H members, Tracy (phone numbers above), or Golden Spread Quilters. The drawing will be held on June 9th, 2026, at the Extension Center. Proceeds support the Randall County 4-H and Golden Spread Quilters.

Musicians, comedians, and poets are welcome to come perform in an intimate yet public setting every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
