The Trump administration is withholding tens of millions in federal family planning money, impacting organizations in Oklahoma as of Tuesday.

During the department’s Senate budget hearing Tuesday, Health and Human Services Chair Paul Rosino said if the money were to return to Oklahoma during this fiscal year, the state’s financial support would be clawed back.
