This shutdown is required while repairs are made to guy wires on the Channel 10 tower used by KJJP. Tracking down the origins of an artist isn't always easy, but Avery Hellman (ISMAY) did just that in their new podcast — and soon-to-be released documentary film — Finding Lucinda. The project researches the origins of Lucinda Williams as an emerging singer-songwriter. While the film is due for release this September, the companion podcast is out now (through the BGS Podcast Network). So we talked to ISMAY about their musical idol, their dual life as a farmer/artist, and what this odyssey revealed about their own journey as a songwriter.
