Jeff Rice
Freelance JournalistFreelance journalist Jeff Rice grew up in northeastern Colorado. He has worked as a radio DJ and television reporter, but became a newspaperman while enlisted in the U.S. Army. He earned bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Northern Colorado and worked for newspapers in Longmont and Sterling. He's now based in Sterling, where he specializes in reporting on water and agricultural topics.
