The debate will air at 8 p.m. CST for 90 minutes from the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. ABC News anchors David Muir and Linsey Davis are slated to moderate the debate, which will be broadcast by the network and streamed on ABC News Live, Disney+ and Hulu. Kamala Harris made her national reputation as a sharp, partisan questioner in Senate hearings. As a vice presidential nominee, that may not be her approach in the next Supreme Court confirmation.

Harris has often been caught between two groups: law enforcement and progressive activists. In recent years, she has been outspoken about systemic change to policing and criminal justice in America.
