Mile High Holidays Nightly Drone Spectacular is hosted by Visit Denver. This beloved annual celebration will serve as a cornerstone of the anniversary festivities. The 40-night extravaganza will light up the Denver skyline nightly starting November 21, 2025, and continue throughout the 2025 holiday season, and will return for an encore in 2026.

HEROES NIGHT will be on Friday, December 19 at 7:30pm* in the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts.

Window on a Wider World (WOWW) invites the public to experience the creative talents of students in the Texas Panhandle and South Plains area at a free community art show, themed “Christmas and Music,” featuring visual artwork from students in grades 4 through 12. In each grade category 4th–5th, 6th–8th, and 9th–12th the top ten student artists will receive awards. Guests will also have a chance to vote for the People’s Choice Award, honoring a student piece that captures the community’s heart. Held in collaboration with the Amarillo Symphony’s Holiday Pops concert, this event brings together two vital pillars of the arts visual and musical in the very venue where WOWW was first envisioned. The art exhibit is free and open to the public, offering a perfect opportunity for families, art lovers, and holiday enthusiasts to enjoy a rich cultural afternoon.
