This month's Garvey Room art exhibit at the Prairie Museum features Colby High School's photography show. Come see this community art display, with select pieces from CHS students!

Join us in celebrating Independent Bookstore Day with our Route 66 Bookstore Crawl! Visit any of the six participating indie bookstores to pick up a Crawl Passport, then visit the other five to collect your stamps. Return to any (or all) of the stores to show your completed passport and get unique store prizes and entries into our Grand Prize giveaway with items from all six stores. No purchase is necessary to get a store's stamp and the crawl ends on May 2 at 7pm so make sure to get your prizes and turn in your Grand Prize entries before then! Each store also has awesome events going on during the crawl so make sure to follow your favorites and help us celebrate our indie bookstores!

A new documentary from Kansas State University's award-winning Hungry Heartland Project and Engaged Stories Lab examines issues of food access in Garden City.
