KJJP-FM 105.7 is currently operating at very reduced power and signal range using a back-up transmitter. This is because of complicated problems with its very old primary transmitter. Local engineers are currently working on that transmitter and consulting with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problems. We apologize for this disruption and service as we work as quickly as possible to restore KJPFM to full power. In the mean time you can always stream either the HPPR mix service or HPPR connect service using the player above or the HPPR app.

What in the "Tar Nation?": The Human Circuit, LIVE on High Plains Morning

The Human Circuit, a pop-rock outfit from Austin, TX, just completed a sixty day, fifty show tour, and they’re giddy to be back on the road again! They stopped by HPPR’s Amarillo studio before their gig TONIGHT at Esquire Jazz Club (626 S Polk St.) from 8-11p. They chatted about their last album, Electric City (which charted nationwide as a self-release); their upcoming EP, Tar Nation (which was recorded with legendary producer Charles Godfrey and mastered/mixed by the great Alex Saltz); and their upcoming music videos that are on the horizon. Learn more about The Human Circuit on their website. You can also follow them on FACEBOOKTWITTERINSTAGRAM, and YOUTUBE
