KZNA-FM 90.5 serving northwest Kansas will be off the air starting the afternoon of Monday, October 20 through Friday as we replace its aging and unreliable transmitter. While we're off-air, you can keep listening to our digital stream directly above this alert or on the HPPR mobile app. This planned project is part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining free and convenient access to public radio service via FM radio to everyone in the listening area. A Charity Event with TEETH: Free Dental Clinic in Amarillo

This weekend, the Texas Mission of Mercy (TMOM) brings their mobile dental clinic to Amarillo, thanks to the generous help from area dentists. Diann Gilmore, Executive Director of Downtown Women's Center, is helping facilitate the weekend's events.  It's on Friday and Saturday only, so spread the word if you need help with dental care.

The clinic provides FREE care to those in need on a first-come-first-served basis. The services include basic pain relief and prevantative procedures such as dental cleanings, fillings, root canals, and extractions. GET THERE EARLY! VERY EARLY! Many patients will arrive by 5:00am to get in line! The clinic will stop accepting patients once capacity is reached.
