Still Waters Run Deep (in the Heart of Texas): Longriver on High Plains Morning

So it seems not EVERY folk show has been cancelled! Thanks so some serious dedication to the arts, the fine folks at Starlight Canyon Bed & Breakfast(100 Brentwood Rd., Amarillo) have secured a regional folksinger, Longriver, to take the trek up from Austin and play a show in the Panhandle this Sunday night at 7pm. His new album,Of Seasons, is available now, featuring a collection of songs about time, biblical craftsmanship, writing, existential ennui, Sunset Boulevard, and pretty much everything else.  Hear our full interview on the link below.

This will be an outdoor, spaced-out, clean, safe community environment, so please RSVP if you'd like to attend. Space is limited, due to safety precautions. To keep things safe, please bring your own mask, blanket, hand sanitizer, bottles of beverages, snacks, blankets, bug spray—whatever you need to have a relaxing night with folk music under the big Texas sky. Questions? Call the venue at 806.622.2382.
